º. Las Corporaciones podrán cobrar a los constructores una comisión de compromiso sobre los saldos no desembolsados. La Superintendencia Bancaria aprobará, mediante resolución de carácter general, las comisiones que podrán cobrar las Corporaciones en desarrollo de lo previsto en este artículo.
