Disuelta la sociedad, las determinaciones de la junta de socios o de la asamblea deberán tener relación directa con la liquidación. Tales decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría absoluta de votos presentes, salvo que en los estatutos o en la ley se disponga expresamente otra cosa.
