El Gobierno procederá a elevar el capital de la caja Colombiana de Ahorros cada vez que el incremento del ahorro haga prever la necesidad de ese aumento, a fin de conservar siempre la proporción establecida por el artículo 113 de la Ley 45 de 1923 . El Gobierno queda autorizado para suscribir el capital necesario al servicio de la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros, en relación con lo que se dispone en el artículo 113 de la Ley 45 de 1923 . En la Ley de apropiaciones de cada vigencia sin incluir la partida indispensable para el servicio de las nuevas suscripciones de capital que requiera la expresada Caja.
