Artículo único. Los colonos establecidos en la Colonia Agrícola de Sumapaz que comprueben haber cultivado por lo menos la mitad de su parcela y construido casa de habitación antes de tres años, a contar de la fecha en que se les hizo entrega material del terreno, y que comprueben, además, haberse establecido en la Colonia con su familia por un tiempo continuo no menor de un año, quedan exentos de devolver el valor de los materiales y las herramientas que hayan, recibido, y podrán solicitar la adjudicación de. su parcela.

Queda en estos términos modificado el artículo 5º del Decreto número 383 de 1931. Comuníquese y publíquese
