° Las disposiciones actualmente vigentes en materia del desarrollo de la actividad de las sociedades de arrendamiento financiero o leasing serán aplicables a todas las compañías de financiamiento comercial, en cuanto no contraríen el régimen de estas compañías y únicamente en lo que respecta a la actividad de leasing.
