ARTICULO 33. Carácter de los miembros de los cuerpos colegiados. Las miembros de los cuerpos colegiados que por el presente Decreto se establecen y de los que se establezcan por estatutos, así se llamen representantes o delegados, están obligados a actuar en beneficio de toda la Universidad y en función exclusiva del bienestar y progreso de la misma, en consonancia con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 209 de la Constitución Nacional.
