Los diplomas de que trata el artículo 19 de la Ley 31 de 1925, para los títulos de patentes, marcas, dibujos y modelos industriales, se expedirán con las indicaciones que ordena la misma ley, según el modelo que deberá elaborar la Sección de Propiedad Industrial, para su confección en la Imprenta Nacional. El papel común que se emplee para estos documentos deberán habilitarlo los interesados en la forma legal.
