Negación de pasajes y viáticos por habilitación. Cuando un oficial o suboficial tenga que presentar exámenes de habilitación y se encuentre en una guarnición distinta de la sede de la escuela o unidad donde deban realizarse las pruebas, no tendrá derecho a pasajes ni viáticos.
