Impugnación del Avalúo . La entidad solicitante podrá pedir la revisión y la impugnación al avalúo dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en que la entidad que realizó el avalúo se lo ponga en conocimiento. La impugnación puede proponerse directamente o en subsidio de la revisión. (Decreto número 1420 de 1998, artículo 15)
