Artículo primero. Mientras el Consejo Nacional de Salarios acuerda la zonificación definitiva del país, créanse los Consejos Seccionales en las siguientes regiones

a)

Departamento del Magdalena y Comisaría de La Guajira, cuya sede será Santa Marta.

b)

Atlántico, sede Barranquilla.

c)

Bolívar e Intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia, sede Cartagena.

d)

Córdoba, sede Montería.

e)

Norte de Santander, sede Cúcuta.

f)

Antioquia, sede Medellín.

g)

Santander, sedé Bucaramanga.

h)

Boyacá, sede Tunja,

i)

Meta, sede Villavicencio.

j)

Cundinamarca, sede Bogotá. Dicho Consejo se encargará de los asuntos de la Intendencia de Arauca, Comisarias de Vichada, Vaupés, .Putumayo y Amazonas:

Caldas, sede Manizales.

l)

Chocó, sede Quibdó. ll) Valle, sede Cali.

m)

Tolima, sede Ibagué

Huila e Intendencia de Caquetá, sede Neiva.
