º . Adoptase como metodología para calcular el valor de la UVR la recomendada por el Consejo de Política Económica y Social, Conpes, en sesión del 23 de diciembre de 1999. Dicha metodología deberá utilizarse para calcular el valor diario en pesos de la UVR por parte de la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Superior de Vivienda a partir del 1º de enero del 2000.
