El arreglo de los materiales que deban publicarse en los Anales corresponde al Director y a la Junta Directiva, quienes formarán la Junta de Redacción y darán sus órdenes al Subdirector - Secretario para que se cumpla con el deber que á este respeto le imponen los presentes estatutos.
