Decreto 3 de 2005 · por el cual se determinan las categorías, requisitos, remuneración e incentivos para el profesor policial.

Remuneración como profesor titulado. Los profesores a los cuales les sea otorgada la categoría como profesor titulado, les serán reconocidos máximo veinticuatro (24) horas al mes, las cuales tendrán como máximo de remuneración el 100% de un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, o el valor proporcional de acuerdo con las clases dictadas.

Parágrafo

Las personas a las que no les haya sido otorgada la calidad de profesor policial no tendrán derecho a la remuneración fijada en el presente decreto.
