El salvoconducto de removilización solo se expedirá si se da una de las siguientes circunstancias. 1) Que no se puedan llevar a su destino los especímenes, individuos o productos en el tiempo estipulado en el salvoconducto original por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito debidamente comprobados. 2) Que no se hayan podido comercializar los individuos o productos en el lugar señalado en el salvoconducto original, por motivos no imputables al titular del salvoconducto.
