º Para determinar el valor en moneda nacional de los depósitos previos de importaciones incluida en la lista libre, se aplicara la tasa que rija al momento de hacerse el registro de importación, en el mercado de cambio exterior por el cual deba hacerse el pago, conforme a lo indicado en el registro de importación.
