La Carretera Troncal de Occidente, en el trayecto comprendido entre "El Hatillo"en el Departamento de Antioquia, y Chinú en el Departamento de Córdoba, también se pavimentará preferencialmente en cemento, adquirido en las mejores condiciones y previos del mercado, ajustándose a las especificaciones técnicas señaladas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

Parágrafo

Las disposiciones el presente artículo se harán extensivas a las demás troncales contempladas en el Plan Vial Nacional.
