Art 10.° Créase el empleo de Visitador Fiscal de las Aduanas de Orocué y Arauca y encargado además de recorrer el Orinoco para examinar los puntos de aquella región en que convenga establecer alguna Aduana ó Secciones de resguardo. Sobre estos puntos presentará al Gobierno un informe detallado de acuerdo con las instrucciones que se le comuniquen.
