Art. 1.° A la mayor brevedad posible cesaran todas las misiones diplomáticas que la República tiene acreditadas actualmente. En consecuencia, la Secretaría de lo Interior i Relaciones Esteriores enviará a cada uno de los Ministros públicos que existen en paises estranjeros, las correspondientes letras de retiro.
