Art. 129. El periodo del Secretario de la Corte Suprema será de cuatro años contados desde el primero de Septiembre de 1886. El período de los Secretarios de los Tribunales Superiores será también de cuatro años, que se contarán desde el primero de Febrero de 1887. El período de los Secretarios de los Juzgados será el mismo asignado al Juez.
