Las libranzas ó vales para las raciones de las Bandas, se harán por el Habilitado del Cuartel general de la División á que dichas Bandas estén subordinadas. El mismo Habilitado hará los pagos y deducirá las multas y los descuentos que se hagan voluntariamente para el Montepío militar, á los músicos que tengan grado militar. Donde no hubiere Cuartel general verificará todas estas operaciones el Habilitado del Cuerpo á que pertenezca la Banda.
