Derogar los Decretos 2023 de 15 de octubre de 1999, por el cual se modifican unas funciones del Consejo Nacional de Operación y el 2804 de diciembre 29 de 2000, por el cual se modifica el Decreto 2023 del 15 de octubre de 1999 , por lo tanto el Consejo Nacional de Operación del Sector continuará ejerciendo las funciones previstas en los artículos 168, 169 y 172 de la Ley 142 de 1994 y en los artículos 28, 29 literal b), 34 y 36 de la Ley 143 de 1994.
