Si alguna de las infracciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores se comete en tiempo de guerra, conflicto armado, conmoción interior o turbación del orden público, las penas se aumentarán hasta el doble y si es frente al enemigo o rebeldes sediciosos, se impondrá prisión.
