Artículo único. Considérase en vigencia, desde el día 1.° de los corrientes, el Decreto número 128 de 31 de enero último, "adicional y reformatorio del marcado con el número 385 de 1913, por el cual se reglamenta el servicio de los guardacostas." publicado en el Diario Oficial correspondiente al 11 de febrero próximo pasado. Comuníquese y publíquese.
