El Consejo Nacional de la Carrera estará integrado por: - El Secretario General quien lo presidirá. - El Vicepresidente Administrativo u otro funcionario de igual jerarquía, designado por el Presidente. - El Director de la Oficina Jurídica. - El Jefe de la División Escalafón y Salarios, quien actuará como Secretario. - Un delegado del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Servicio Civil o su delegado con voz pero sin voto. - Tres (3) representantes de los empleados, designados por la Junta Directiva Nacional del Sindicato.
