Art. 141. Cada una de las Facultades de Medicina y Ciencias Naturales, Matemáticas e Ingeniería Civil y Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, estará bajo la dirección inmediata de un Consejo Directivo compuesto del Rector y de cuatro profesores que anualmente designará el Gobierno.
