Artículo quinto. La Superintendencia de Cooperativas del Ministerio de Trabajo Higiene y Previsión Social, dictará las medidas que estime necesarias para que los elementos favorecidos con las exenciones a que se refiere este Decreto, se apliquen exclusivamente a los fines propios de esas Sociedades, dando cuenta a los Ministerios de Hacienda y Obras Públicas de las irregularidades que se presentaren. Comuníquese y publíquese.
