Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para que, por intermedio del Ministerio de Agricultura, extienda los beneficios de esta Ley a aquellos Departamentos y Territorios Nacionales en donde existan menos de 10 parcialidades indígenas, si en su concepto tal medida estuviere debidamente justificada.

En caso de que el Gobierno resuelva hacer uso de esta facultad, se constituirá un fondo adicional por la cantidad de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), pagaderos en la forma prevista por el artículo 5°, parágrafo 1° de esta Ley.
