Las personas que ejerzan la optometría sin haber llenado los requisitos exigidos en este Decreto, serán castigados con multas de veinte a doscientos pesos. Estas multas las impondrán los Directores Departamentales de Higiene, siguiendo el procedimiento de oficio. Las Resoluciones que dicten los Directores Departamentales de Higiene, serán apelables en la forma establecida por el artículo 20 de la Ley 1ª de 1931.
