La "Comisión Asesora Permanente para el Régimen de Construcciones Sismo Resistentes", establecerá el alcance y procedimiento de ejecución de las labores indicadas en el presente Título, de acuerdo con la importancia, área, altura, complejidad o grupo de uso de las edificaciones.
