El retiro del servicio del empleado, implica la cesación definitiva de sus funciones, producida por una de las siguientes causales

a)

Renuncia regularmente aceptada;

b)

Declaratoria de insubsistencia motivada del nombramiento;

c)

Destitución;

d)

Revocatoria del nombramiento;

e)

Abandono del cargo;

f)

Retiro con derecho a pensión de jubilación;

g)

Invalidez absoluta;

h)

Edad;

i)

Vencimiento del término de provisionalidad;

j)

Muerte.
