° A fin de verificar el cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo anterior, el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, enviará a la Dirección General de Industria del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico una copia de su presupuesto anual debidamente aprobado, así como un informe semestral de los recursos efectivamente utilizados en la ejecución de los programas señalados.
