Modifícase el artículo 872 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:
" Artículo 872. Tarifa del Gravamen a los Movimientos Financieros. La tarifa del gravamen a los movimientos financieros será del cuatro por mil (4 x 1.000)".
