OBLIGATORIEDAD DE LAS VACACIONES. El disfrute de vacaciones anuales tiene carácter obligatorio para los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, quienes deben hacer uso de ellas dentro del año inmediatamente siguiente al de la fecha en que se cause el derecho. En todo caso y por circunstancias especiales podrán acumularse vacaciones hasta por sesenta (60) días, por disposición de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
