Cuando durante el curso de un reclamo varíe la situación de subordinación del Oficial contra el cual se reclama, pasará a ser competente para fallarlo el nuevo superior directo con facultades disciplinarias, sobre aquél. En este caso el superior de la repartición donde hubiere tenido origen el reclamo, tramita al superior mencionado, el expediente respectivo, por conducto regular.
