Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para cancelar tanto el principal como los intereses y comisiones de la deuda en moneda legal contraída por el Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario IDEMA para con el Gobierno Nacional, originada en el contrato de préstamo celebrado de conformidad con los Decretos 505 de 1974 y 1764 de 1975.
