Revocatoria de la habilitación de las EAPB . La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud podrá revocar la habilitación a una EAPB cuando incumpla cualquiera de las condiciones o requisitos previstos para su otorgamiento. El incumplimiento de las condiciones de habilitación por parte de las EAPB dará lugar a la imposición de las sanciones previstas en la ley, previo agotamiento del debido proceso. TITULO IV.
