El Registrador Nacional tendrá bajo su dependencia un cuerpo de Visitadores cuyo número determinará la Corte Electoral. Los cargos de Visitadores serán provistos por igual entre ciudadanos de distinta filiación política pertenecientes a los dos partidos que tengan una mayor representación en las Cámaras Legislativas. Estos funcionarios tendrán un período de un año y serán designados por el Registrador, con la aprobación unánime de los miembros de la Corte Electoral.
