Articulo 37. Cuando un Director, de aquellos que comprende el artículo anterior deje de concurrir a cuatro sesiones consecutivas de la Junta sin excusa justificada, la Junta declarará vacante el cargo y se procederá al reemplazo en la forma prevista por el articulo 23.
