Para formar parte de la organización deportiva o participar en competiciones o eventos deportivos reconocidos u organizarlos, las ligas y las federaciones deportivas nacionales deberán tener personería jurídica. Cuando la federación deportiva nacional esté constituida por clubes, éstos a su vez deberán tener dicha personería.
