º. La solicitud debe ser presentada personalmente por el interesado en Bogotá en la oficina de radicación de negocios del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias. Si residiere fuera de Bogotá, podrá hacer esa presentación ante un Juez o el Alcalde de su vecindad y remitirla al Ministerio con la correspondiente constancia.
