Artículo primero. La Oficina de Registro Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual funcionará en Bogotá, en el lugar que determine el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y estará bajo la Superintendencia de este en ejercicio del derecho que le confiere el artículo 65 de la Ley 86 de 1946.
