Para las tarifas del servicio de taxi, en las ciudades en las cuales se utiliza taxímetro, la carrera mínima se reajustará en consecuencia en un porcentaje máximo igual a la meta de inflación y se debe tener en cuenta que la distancia recorrida sea equivalente a la que se tenía bajo las tarifas anteriores. Para las ciudades en las cuales se tienen establecidas tarifas fijas por carrera, cada una de éstas no se deben incrementar en un porcentaje superior a la meta de inflación.
