El artículo 222 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:
La empresa o el propietario de bus, buseta, o microbús de servicio público que permita su tránsito sin tener puertas de seguridad o salida de emergencia, incurrirá en multa equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos y el vehículo no podrá transitar hasta su acondicionamiento.
