º . Verificación del programa. El Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial-Viceministerio de Vivienda, verificará la adecuada aplicación del programa por parte de las entidades que coloquen recursos en desarrollo del objeto del acuerdo marco de que trata el artículo 2º del presente decreto. Esta verificación se hará constar en un informe al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en los meses de octubre y diciembre de 2005, y abril y julio de 2006, con el cual se dará cumplimiento al mecanismo operativo a que se refiere el artículo 3º del presente decreto.
