Medidas en caso de fraude . Los aspirantes a ingresar o ascender en el régimen ordinario de carrera, a quienes se les compruebe que han hecho fraude en el concurso o utilizado presiones indebidas, perderán la opción de ser incluidos en la lista de elegibles o serán excluidos de ella, sin perjuicio de la acción disciplinaria o penal que pueda derivarse de tales conductas.
