La Comisión tendrá para su servicio un Secretario, un Oficial Mayor y un Escribiente, nombrados por la Comisión, los cuales gozaran de una asignación mensual de doscientos pesos ($200), ciento cincuenta pesos ($150) y cien pesos ($100), respectivamente.
