Si en la diligencia de inspección al inmueble se determina su identificación plena y no hubiere oposición, se dejará constancia en el acta, con base en la cual el Juez proferirá inmediatamente providencia de saneamiento del título o títulos de propiedad, la cual se notificará en estrados.
