º . Para los efectos del artículo 12 de la Ley 23 de 1981, las instituciones científicas legalmente reconocidas comprenden

a)

Las facultades de medicina legalmente reconocidas;

b)

Las Academias y Asociaciones médico-científicas reconocidas por la Ley o por el Ministerio de Salud;

c)

La Academia Nacional de Medicina;

d)

Las instituciones oficiales que cumplan funciones de investigación médica y de vigilancia y control en materia médico científica.
