Cuando se trate de responsables que deban declarar bimestralmente, las deducciones e impuestos descontables sólo podrán contabilizarse en el período fiscal correspondiente a la fecha de su causación, o en uno de los dos períodos bimestrales inmediatamente siguientes, y solicitarse en la declaración del período en el cual se haya efectuado su contabilización.
