Autorizase al Gobierno para reorganizar y unificar las Cajas de Sueldos de Retiro de las Fuerzas Armadas, con el fin de que funcione una sola, que se denominará "Caja de las Fuerzas Militares", la que tendrá personería jurídica y patrimonio propio, constituido por los capitales que se liquiden y los recursos de que dispongan.
